Workshop Details
Give your child the opportunity to build, create, and apply real-world skills in this hands-on paracord workshop!
Students will begin by constructing their own paracord jig, learning basic woodworking skills such as measuring, drilling, and assembling. This project becomes the foundation for the rest of the workshop—and something they can take home to continue practicing.
With their jig complete, students will learn to measure, set up, and weave multiple styles of paracord bracelets. Instruction is clear and step-by-step, helping students develop precision, patience, and confidence as they work through each pattern.
Throughout the class, students will also be introduced to essential knots and shown how paracord can be used in practical outdoor and emergency situations. Rather than simply making a bracelet, they will begin to understand cordage as a versatile and valuable tool.
By the end of the workshop, students will:
Build their own paracord jig using basic woodworking skills
Craft multiple paracord bracelets using different weaving techniques
Learn essential knots and how to apply them
Gain practical insight into real-world uses of paracord
Students leave with practical skills that they can continue to use, refine, and apply in everyday life and outdoor settings.
